01. General Principles
Webtizo provides digital services including web design, development, and coding. Unlike physical products, our services cannot be "returned" once the work has been performed.
By engaging us for a project, you agree that refunds are discretionary and based on the stage of project completion.
02. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project, the refund eligibility depends on the timing:
Before Work Starts
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND before any work/meetings have occurred, you may be eligible for a full refund (minus payment processing fees).
During Project
Once the initial consultation or design phase has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers our reserved time and initial labor.
03. Non-Refundable Items
Certain costs incurred on your behalf are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- × Domain Names: Once registered, they are yours for the year.
- × Hosting Fees: Server costs paid to third parties (AWS, Vercel, Hostinger).
- × Software Licenses: Themes, plugins, or stock assets purchased for your project.
- × Completed Milestones: Any phase of work already approved by the client.
04. Chargeback Policy
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first:
- Your project will be immediately suspended.
- We reserve the right to revoke licenses for any code or designs delivered.
- We will submit full evidence of work (emails, logs, files) to the payment processor to contest the dispute.
05. How to Request
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a failure on our part (e.g., we did not deliver the agreed scope):
- Email hello.webtizo@webtizo.com with the subject "Refund Request".
- Include your Project ID and Invoice Number.
- Explain clearly why the work delivered does not meet the project agreement.
We aim to review and respond to all disputes within 5 business days.
